The thermocouple 3 is located between the plates 4 and 5 in such a way that the cold torque 6 of the thermocouple is glued to the lower plate 5 of the propeller, and the hot torque 7 of the thermocouple - to the upper plate 4 of the propeller. The free space left between the plates 4 and 5 around the thermal element 3 is filled with thermal insulating material 8. On the upper plate 4 are made pivots 9, made of a material with a high coefficient of thermal conductivity. The lower plate 5 of the propeller is equipped with a condensing network 10, made of twigs in the form of a cubic network, the rods are made of a material with a high coefficient of thermal conductivity, the vertical ribs of the network being prominent in the form of sharp points 11, for the accumulation and distribution of water droplets.
